Shipping policy

1. Shipping Duration: Shipping to Romania takes (1-2 days). 

   For Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and the rest of the world take (4-5 days).

   For Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, and Slovakia, standard shipping takes (express: 2-3 days). 

2. After placing your order, the ordered products are reserved in the system and sent for verification. We will notify you of this via email as soon as we process your order, as well as by changing the order status.
3. The fact that the products have been reserved by the system does not guarantee that they will be delivered; it only means that they have priority and will be placed on the verification list the following day. As a procedure, all orders placed on day X are sent for verification on the next working day. Confirmation of these orders can be received on the same day or within a maximum of 5 working days, depending on the number of orders, promotions, and other factors.

4. Placing an order on the website majormarket1.com does not guarantee the availability of all products for the following reasons:

   - The products displayed online may no longer be available in physical stock or warehouses (due to theft, loss, stock errors, etc.).
     
   - The products may be defective or incomplete, which can be discovered during the confirmation process.

   We assure you that we are continuously working to improve our system and enhance our inventory management programs. The quality of the services we provide is our top priority, but there are still elements influenced by human factors.

5. As soon as your products are confirmed by the stores, they enter the process of being prepared for delivery.

   If you have multiple products in your order and only some of them are confirmed, we will notify you by email regarding which items can be delivered to you and which ones will need more time to prepare.

   Confirmed orders that are prepared for delivery leave our warehouses every day between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

6. Once your order is ready, it will be picked up by the courier and will make its way to you. The courier will let you know the day of delivery and you can always arrange delivery details with the courier - time, change of address, etc.
7.  Delivery is usually the day after the courier collected the parcel from us, but for various reasons deliveries may be delayed. The courier will bring the parcels to the delivery address you mentioned in your order. Please make sure that someone is present at the address you have provided who can collect the parcel and pay the delivery charge.
