Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send back a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned by the buyer in the same condition in which it was delivered, without any signs of wear or damage to the product or the packaging/box, and without showing any signs of use or wear, together with all the labels and fiscal documents received along with it.

The return expenses will be fully covered by the customer.

The return of products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products missing accessories will not be accepted.

The customer may cancel the return decision at any time, but once the returned product has been received by the supplier, the costs of returning or relocating the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The consumer is responsible for any potential decrease in the value of the Products if, following the verification of their compliance, properties, and functionality, it is proven that this depreciation was caused by improper handling by the consumer or if the product is not accompanied by the original accessories, box, and labels (which are considered part of the purchased product). Do not remove the product labels or dispose of or damage the box unless you have decided to keep the product.

In the case of returns without the packaging and accessories, the product can no longer be sold at the price for which it was sold to you, in which case a depreciation percentage of [.]% of the purchase price will be borne by you. The amount representing the depreciation will be deducted from the price you paid for the product, and only the difference will be refunded to the consumer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will deliver to you the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, except cash on delivery, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
