Shipping and Tracking

How much is shipping?

Shipping to Romania costs 4€.

For Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, and Slovakia, the shipping cost is 10€ for express delivery (2-3 days).

For other EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, the shipping cost is 5€ with a delivery time of 8-9 days.

For the rest of the world, the shipping cost is 5€, and delivery takes 8-9 days.

EU orders are not subject to any taxes, while orders outside the EU, including the USA, may have additional taxes on arrival.

How fast is shipping?

Shipping to Romania takes 1-2 days.

For Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, and Slovakia, standard shipping takes 8-10 days, while express shipping takes 2-3 days.

For other EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, shipping takes 8-9 days.

For the rest of the world (except the EU), shipping also takes 8-9 days.

How can I track my order status?

After placing your order, and your order has been processed you will receive an email to the address provided during checkout containing your tracking number. Follow the link provided on this email to track your order. If you have provided an incorrect tracking email address on check out, please contact customer service.

Tracking shows my label has been created, but there’s no movement. Why is this?

It may take 1-2 business days for your shipping status to be updated. If your tracking information does not appear 2 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us at business@majormarket1.com with your order number in the subject line.

Order Processing

When will my order ship?

As soon as your products are confirmed by the stores, they enter the process of being prepared for delivery.

Confirmed orders that are prepared for delivery leave our warehouses every day between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please email customer service team on business@majormarket1.com to enquire about this, if you order has been shipped then unfortunately we will not be able to change the shipping address. If your order is yet to be shipped and is at a stage of the process that allows the address to be changed then we can make sure this is done for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed and delivered yet, it can usually be canceled. Please check your order status or contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and they’ll assist you with the cancellation process.

Return & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned by the buyer in the same condition in which it was delivered, without any signs of wear or damage to the product or the packaging/box, and without showing any signs of use or wear, together with all the labels and fiscal documents received along with it.

The return expenses will be fully covered by the customer. Please note that the initial shipping cost will only be refunded in cases where you received a different, incomplete, or non-compliant product.

The return of products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products missing accessories will not be accepted.

The customer may cancel the return decision at any time, but once the returned product has been received by the supplier, the costs of returning or relocating the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The consumer is responsible for any potential decrease in the value of the Products if, following the verification of their compliance, properties, and functionality, it is proven that this depreciation was caused by improper handling by the consumer or if the product is not accompanied by the original accessories, box, and labels (which are considered part of the purchased product). Do not remove the product labels or dispose of or damage the box unless you have decided to keep the product.

In the case of returns without the packaging and accessories, the product can no longer be sold at the price for which it was sold to you, in which case a depreciation percentage of [.]% of the purchase price will be borne by you. The amount representing the depreciation will be deducted from the price you paid for the product, and only the difference will be refunded to the consumer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will deliver to you the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, except cash on delivery, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are Major Market products offered in EU or US sizing?

All products are listed in EU sizing, unless noted otherwise in the product description.

What size should I take?

To determine the right size for you, I recommend checking the size guide available on each product's page. Since sizing can vary between different items, it's essential to review the specific measurements and fit details provided for each product. This will help ensure you select the best size for your needs!

My size isn’t available on the website. Will you restock?

Please reach out to a member of the customer service team to enquire about restocks and they will be able to advise. If your desired style is not restocking our team will be able to advise you on a pair similar to your desired product.

Styling & Cleaning

Can I wash my sneakers in the washing machine?

Yes, you can! However, we highly recommend washing them by hand to maintain their quality and prolong their lifespan. Machine washing may wear down certain materials faster, so a gentle hand wash is best if possible.

What should I do if my sneakers get wet?

If your sneakers get wet, let them air dry naturally. Avoid direct heat sources, as they can damage the material and affect the shape of the shoe. Just stuff them with paper towels to absorb moisture and help them keep their shape.
